Patricia Bardenett, LCSW
Co-Founder, Peace & Grace at the End
Pat is a licensed clinical social worker in private practice in Chicago’s Loop area, with certifications in Drug and Alcohol Counseling, Grief and Loss Counseling, Grief Educator, Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, and Aromatherapy. For over 25 years, she has worked with those experiencing addiction, mood disorders, grief and loss, and life transitions.
John Kohlhepp, Death Doula and Estate Planner
Founder/Managing Director, A Secure Plan
After losing his mother to cancer, John earned certifications as a Certified Estate Planner and Death Doula and established A Secure Plan, LLC. With 20 years of experience in progressive advocacy and lobbying, he now helps his clients navigate estate administration, with a focus on those with modest means.
